Friday started out with Harold, so my pace was little on the slow side for the first 2 miles, then as you can see, I took off and finished the run in my planned zone. Generally mile 6 is my bench mark for improvement, it is clearly well into the run and the heart has had its time to drift and settle in, I like what I see - its progressively going down.
