It so nice to get into the different and faster times biking and running, yester day was a 45 min z1 and the 10 min of BST then 10 min of zone 1, then on to the run for a quick 1 mile Z2 then finish the run in Z1 and today was more of a recovery zone, 45 min on a easy rude followed by a easy run for 17 min run. I have included a sample heart chart, but I need to work on getting it clear.
I just picked up a new Polar RS400 with the IR so getting the data out on the run is a snap, so will keep you up to date, now Thursday will be a fun run. ciao till then...
