End of the week, time for a massage.
The Runs are just getting better and better each week I go out. - Don't get me wrong this week was tiring but seeing results like this is just a huge motivator. The 2 lap is my maker mile (this is the mile I generally mark to track how strong I am getting) and as you can see the pace 8:32 and averaging at 142 and the Zone 2 run was great, I'm not getting tired I can run like this for a while and wow Avg 151 (the top is 153) at a pace 7:58 and still had a little room THIS IS COOL.
