Monday
While at the hotel, used the spinning bike for an hour Zon1 workout.
Tuesday
Still in the hotel and still have to use the spinner but did a nice workout 40 min Z1 followed by 2x10min BST, then 10 min Zone1 followed by a 20min run.
Wednesday
Recover spin (last day in the hotel) for 50min followed by a easy run for 10min.
Thursday
Well since I couldn't find any hills in downtown Orlando, had to resort to the tread mill so I could mix in some hill repeats @ 7, 8 and 9% grade and at 8 mpr, that was cool.
Friday
Tied out the swim with 5 sets of 300 yards real easy and also a 30 min Z1 ride and a 15 min run.
