Today (Friday) was a day for the treadmill, the workout was 73 min Z1 run with 6 hill run repeats (since there are no hills in Orlando, the treadmill becomes my hill. Warm in the joint but got through it, so here are the results (starting to love the effort and level of my workouts) anyway:
WU 33 Min Z1 Avg 128 Max 140
H 1 5 Min -- Avg 140 Max 152 6% grade
H 2 5 Min -- Avg 142 Max 154 6% grade
H 3 5 Min -- Avg 144 Max 155 7% grade
H 4 5 Min -- Avg 144 Max 157 7% grade
H 5 5 Min -- Avg 145 Max 159 8% grade
H 6 5 Min -- Avg 148 Max 161 8% grade
Then 10 Cool off in Z1
Total 8 miles and Ave 136 overall, I am starting to like these. Back to the swim and spin Friday. Oh can't for get the spin tonight Z1 for an hour.
