What a week, its been real hard after that week off, I actually though I would come back faster and eager, well "not so much" I am sure time will be on my side (at least i hope so) and as I ramp up the start again the sluggishness will go away and the miles will get back to easy base build.
Mon - Swim, Gym and an intro (20 min) back to running
Tue - Swim and Bike Wed - Swim Run (back at it) 70 min Thr - Bike & more Bike :-) Fri - 70 min run - its starting to click again - lets see how the long ride works out more later....
