Cool air, slight breeze and just as quit as can be, that's what Sundays runs are all about. I started out around 7:00 and today was a run where ever I end up day, 120 min total run was scheduled ended up ruining 126 with 25 min Z2 run. The laps looked like this;
Lap 1 - 91 min Avg pace 8:18 with a avg heart of 135.
Lap 2 - 25 min Avg pace 7:57 with a avg heart of 150.
Last - 2 min cool down 9:47 with a avg heart of 130. I love these long runs, they act as a mirror, simply showing me the efforts of my work from the previous week....
