So a question comes to mind, as long as I am staying in my training zone does it matter that I am tucked in behind a bike doing 22.5mph and feeling no wind but only the Constance cadence monitoring keeping it at 90 and trying to keep the zone 1 in check, or is it better to go out and do the base training alone and take the 15 to 17 mph and 90 cadence? well here is the report let me know what you think - I was careful on the zone but I see where I popped out a few times and as you can see I stayed near the top of zone 1 most of the ride well until I pealed off and went on my way home alone - where clearly I was tired....
