Here is a quick summary of a so so run that turned lousy. Clearly the Z2 work is a killer on the glut and as you can see the miles ticked off in Z1 were ok, it was really humid at the start of the run, but I settled in on a 8:30 pace and was clicking along. When I got to 8, 9 and 10 where I was doing the Z2 run, I could tell my legs were still dead from yesterday but about 3 min into 10 I got a sharp pain and was reduced to a walk. After walking and stretching it out I was able to take it easy but going on was so so, and it was just not fun to get home, I eventually finish by walked the last mile home.
