It's Monday and most of the pain is gone with exception of the Glut region. Looking back, the only thing I can think of that brought this on is the speed work. Every since the original time I injured the glut (It originally happened tanning for Chicago marathon 5 years ago while doing speed pace work, and re injured at IM AZ) which took me 7 months to recover.

At this point I am going to schedule some ART real quickly, but I defiantly think I need to reevaluate the next 3 weeks of training?
