Ok - this is getting depressing. I am starting to sound like broken record. Woke this morning and the glute was pretty soar so I took it easy before I ran, loosened it up stretched it and put some bio-freeze then started out easy i the run, and within 5 miles I needed to walk it off every 3/4 mile or so. Managed to get in a little over 8 miles in but the quality was base at best. Not sure about the rest of the day - will play it by ear! I know Volume is very important, but I got to believe I need to put some rest on the Glut and decided it was best not to put the other run on for the days. Will pick back up on Wed according to the schedule.
