Saturdays bike was 5:30 ride followed by a 70 min run. The bike was pretty good quality ride although I could feel the glut getting soar around the 5 hour mark. This was the best Nutrition ride I have had to date, I actually put all the liquid and food down and took a half extra drink from a buddy. The run was not so good, after about 4 mile out the gut was really getting to me, the last 3 miles were the worst mostly walking and slow runs. THIS SUCKS!!!
