So far the week has been a relaxing one (well except for the Glut, that's still healing). Got the Recovery swim in on Monday and had Tuesday off (way cool). Yesterday I decided to give the glut one additional day rest and swam and ran. The run was pretty nice, just under 7 miles and averaged 140 HR and just over 8:30 pace.

Today was a nice spin on the bike in Z1, I am trying to do the rest of the rides on the roads (although I am not sure if the quality of the ride will be the same) either way as you can see on the SRM my HR was all over the board simply because of the trail with its stops, street crossings and turns. I did try to maintain a solid wattage which I think I did ok.
