Monday
Sundays race was fun but the legs are a touch soar so todays bike and run was nice in the recovery mode.
Tuesday
This workout was really tough, the legs were like rubber still and the pushing of the BST's on the bike pretty much made them soup...
Wednesday
Even though today was a recovery run, I am not sure my legs would agree 45 min in RZ run and they are still feeling the effects!!
