The rest did me well, especially when it came to the pool, Today's workout was the Big Set (always takes allot out of me), this time there was a slight modification to the workout. The workout was WU 800, followed by TT in distance of 800, 400, 400, 200 50 then 5x100 with a cool off of 500. the TT were 800 - 13:05 (138 Pace), 400 - 6:34 (138 Pace), 400 - 6:42 (140 Pace), 200 - 3:23 (141 Pace) 50 - 00:42 (124 Pace) and when it was all said and done "I was tired"... Later today 60 min spin (recovery)
