So far the week is going nice, that is to say I have not blown up during a workout.
Monday - Simple day off which means swim for 1300 yards at an easy pace straight threw Love Mondays.
Tuesday - push time for the bike, this is the time where I start to have long spins periods on my trainer with long periods of pushing the peddles 20min BSE with a 5 min easy spin followed by a 10 min BSE with rest then a 5 min BSE then finally rest.
Wed - Monster swim 3600 yards ouch..
