Back at it - today starts the climb to Cozumel in November. Start by adding a new base line in the pool. Workout includes a 500 warmup 100 kick, 300 swim followed by a 800TT and a 100 cool down. The mark is 13:08 with the splits as follows 6:29 first 400 and 6:38 for the second half. Will have to look back to see how that compares?
